un grand merci à tous ceux qui sont venu me faire coucou hier soir aux Furieux. J'ai passé une excellente soirée avec vous tous. Je regrette toujours de ne pouvoir approfondir les discussions (souvent passionnantes) avec chacun d'entre-vous; mais vous savez, dans ces cas là, il faut se couper en douze pour voir tout le monde !
On aura d'autres occasions de se voir, je pense en vrac à mon expo à la galerie Daniel Maghen en Octobre, le workshop CFSL, les dédicaces, etc... Stay tuned !

[FR] Je réalise que je n'ai toujours pas montré la couverture définitive de mon artbook Burning Inside. Ce gros bébé tombera dans les bacs dans 2 semaines !

[ENG] I'm just realizing that I still haven't shared the final cover of my artbook, Burning Inside. This big baby will hit the shelves in two weeks btw !

Burning Inside chez l'imprimeur

[FR] quelques photos prises chez l'imprimeur, qui a fait un travail remarquable. J'ai été très impressionné par la fidélité des couleurs sur chaque page. Difficile pour moi de cacher mon excitation au moment de contrôler la qualité de chaque planche. ça va être un très beau livre.

[ENG] a couple of pics taken @ the printer, who did a remarkable job. I was very impressed by the color fidelity on each page. It even was difficult for me to hide my excitement while controlling the quality of every sheet. It's going to be a beautiful book.

[artbook]Burning Inside

[ENG] The good people @ CFSL Ink. and I are putting the final touches to my first artbook "Burning Inside". It will hit the shelves in September.
It consists mostly of images I like from the last decade, but I couldn't resist adding a handful of new inks and paintings that haven't been shown anywhere before, either on print or on internet. Which means you'll have to buy the book if you want to see them, hehe!  ;)

[FR] Avec la fine équipe de CFSL Ink. , nous apportons en ce moment la touche finale à mon artbook "Burning Inside". Il sera dans les bacs en Septembre.

Bien que le livre soit collection des images les plus marquantes qui ont jalonnées mon parcours depuis 10 ans, je n'ai pas pu m'empêcher de rajouter quelques encres et peintures que je n'ai encore jamais montrées, ni dans des publications, ni sur le web. Ce qui veut dire qu'il faudra acheter le bouquin pour les voir, hehe ! ;)

[ENG] There probably won't be no english translation as far as I know. The copies sell extremely quickly and I know a lot of you asked me when it'd be reprinted. This is now, so don't wait ;)

[FR] Voilà, MERLIN est donc à nouveau dispo. Si vous ne l'avez pas, je vous conseille de ne pas hésiter trop longtemps: les copies partent comme des petits pains et il faut attendre un an pour une réimpression !

Black Pilot

I take the opportunity of this new painting I have just finished, to talk about all the secret work I've been doing for 4 months now.
I am currently working on my first real solo exhibition. It will gather something like 50 original artworks, most of them never shown on the internet or anywhere. I'm also working on a catalog that will be taken from this event. I can't wait for it to happen !

In the meantime i'm also putting together an artbook of all the best images I've done during the last ten years of my career as an illustrator and concept artist. This big buddy will see the light of day in September and will be published in french and english by CFSL Ink.

I will talk more about these good news during the next couple of months. But for now, the pic, with a small w.i.p ;)

NEW PRINTS on inPRNT !!

[ENG] Yay !! I have new prints available on inPRNT ! Still awesome quality (giclee cotton rag paper), still cheap price, and now some of them are available at HUGE size: 24 x 36 inch !!

[FR] Yay !! J'ai de nouveaux tirages disponibles sur inPRNT ! Toujours la même très belle qualité (tirage giclee, sur papier cotton rag), toujours un prix tout doux, et certains tirages sont dispo en très grande taille: 91 x 60 cm !!
